Guide to connecting Zoho Flow with Google Sheets, Gmail, and Slack in just 5 minutes
1. Connect Zoho Flow with Google Sheets
You can easily connect Zoho Flow with Google Sheets by following these simple steps:
Log in to your Zoho Flow account → Click the “Settings” button in the left menu.
Navigate to Connections → Select Create Connection.
A dialog box will appear, prompting you to select the appropriate application → Search for and select Google Sheets, then click Next to proceed.
In the “Connection Name” field, give the connection a name (e.g., “Google Sheet”). Under “Use this connection to execute”, select All triggers and actions, then click Authorize.
Agree to allow Zoho Flow to connect with Google Sheets, and the setup is complete.
2. Connect Zoho Flow with Gmail
Important note: Zoho Flow no longer supports connecting to Google Drive using personal Google accounts (i.e., @gmail or @googlemail accounts).
According to Google's latest policy, only customers using G Suite or Google Workspace can connect their Google accounts to use Zoho Flow. Additionally, even for Google Workspace users, you must complete an OAuth verification process to connect Zoho Flow with Google applications.
To complete the verification process and connect the platforms:
Visit this link: Google Admin Console.
Log in to the Google Admin Console as an administrator to proceed.
Navigate to Security → Select API Controls.
Under App Access Control, click Manage Third-Party App Access.
Click Add App under the Apps tab → Choose OAuth App Name or Client ID.
Search for your OAuth app → Copy the following “Client ID OAuth2” and paste it into the provided field in Zoho Flow:

Click Search to proceed.
The search result will display Zoho Flow for G Suite → Select it, then click Configure.
Choose “Trusted: Can access all Google services”, agree to the permissions, and click Configure.
