When you use our contact form, we collect: name, email, service of interest, and message (if provided). We do not collect data beyond this scope unless you voluntarily provide it.

• Responding to your consultation requests
• Sending project-related emails (only with your consent)
• Improving website experience (anonymous analytics via Plausible)

3. Analytics

We use Plausible Analytics — no cookies, no personal data collected, GDPR-compliant. Vercel Analytics is also enabled for performance monitoring.

4. Cookies

This website only uses essential technical cookies (locale preference). No tracking cookies, no third-party cookies.

5. Data retention

Contact form data is retained for up to 24 months from your last interaction, then deleted or anonymized. If you request earlier deletion, we will process it within 7 business days.

6. Third-party data processors

We use the following providers to operate this website. We do not sell your data to anyone.

• Vercel — frontend hosting + performance analytics (US, GDPR-compliant DPA)
• Resend — transactional email delivery for contact-form notifications (US, encrypted in transit)
• Plausible Analytics — anonymous, cookie-free analytics (EU, GDPR-compliant)
• Self-hosted CMS — form submissions stored in our database in Singapore (internal DigitalOcean / Server A)

7. Your rights

You have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data — and to withdraw consent at any time. Contact hi@benocode.vn to exercise these rights. We respond within 7 business days.

8. Changes to this policy

When we update this policy, we change the "Last updated" date at the top of the page. Material changes (e.g. adding a new third party, expanding what we collect) will be announced via a banner on the homepage 14 days before they take effect.
